Delete Cache Files @ Crinrict's Sims 4 Help Blog

Introduction
To be able to load faster, the games stores data in so called cache files. The game checks on startup if those files are available and if so, they are loaded. If they are not available, they are created.
Over time these files accumulate out-of-date data (especially if you use custom content and mods) and because of this, it’s best to delete them from time to time (just as you delete your browsers cache from time to time)

The Sims 4: Turning Off The In Game Tutorial @ Sims VIP

The Sims 4 will launch with a brand new in game tutorial that helps you learn as you play. These notification boxes will popup on the screen during gameplay, and you must complete the tutorial in its entirety for it to go away. At this time, there is no “turn off” feature in the game, so you will have to manually turn it off in Origin.
