The Infamous Captain Deadeye has roamed the murky waters of Granite Fallout since the apocalypse. He is a bit off his head, at least that is how the legend goes. Some Murklanders claim he's not from this world. He is always ready to barter with an adventerous sims who dares to come around his ship.
